Terms and Conditions 

Free Yorkshire Pudding Wrap Prize Draw Friday 12th December at 5pm (GMT) – Monday 15th December at 23.59pm (GMT)

  1. The prize:  X12 Yorkshire Pudding Wraps

  2. Details of collecting the prize will be provided via Facebook message. We will never send out links or ask for card details

  3. One winner will be selected at random after the Prize Draw close date of 23.59 on Monday 15th December  2025

  4. No replacement vouchers or prizes are available if lost, damaged or redeemed

  5. Not transferable

  6. No cash value

  7. Prizes must be collected from Rushden Lakes Customer Services. Prizes cannot be posted. The winner may be asked to show their ID on collection

  8. The winner must respond via facebook messenger to claim the prize within 5 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited

  9.  Can only be redeem at Rushden Lakes on the following dates: 16th,17th,18th, 23rd,24th and 30th December 2025

  10. How to Redeem -To redeem your wrap, please take the  voucher to the Yorkshire Pudding Wrap chalet located at Rushden Lakes’  Festive Fayre on Central Boulevard. Customers must present this voucher to receive one free Yorkshire Pudding Wrap. Limit of one free wrap per person

  11. Exclusions - Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards

  12. General Terms below apply.

General:

  1. The promoter is Rushden Lakes, Northamptonshire

  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over except employees of Rushden Lakes or shops within and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Prize Draw

  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw

  4. By entering this Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified

  6. Closing date for entry is 23.59pm on Monday  15 December. After this date, no further entries to the Prize Draw will be permitted

  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

  9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter

  10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Prize Draw

  11. The prize is as stated on this webpage and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice

  12. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must complete the requirements on the Facebook post. X12 winners will be chosen from all valid entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents by the date stated in the post

  13. The winner’s will be notified within 1 day of the closing date

  14. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner

  15. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize can be collected from Rushden Lakes Customer Services

  16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into

  17. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England

  18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent

  19. Entry into the Prize Draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions

  20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Rushden Lakes and/or its agents and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Rushden Lakes’ Privacy Policy

  21. Rushden Lakes shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage

  22. Rushden Lakes also reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw if circumstances arise outside of its control
