Enjoy a peaceful start to your morning with a 45-minute outdoor yoga class at Rushden Lakes, surrounded by fresh air, nature and the calming sound of the fountain.

Perfect for all abilities, this gentle yoga session helps you move, breathe and reconnect with yourself while supporting flexibility, strength, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

You can expect a calming practice designed to ease tension, improve mobility, encourage mindfulness and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

  • Location: Opposite Clarks, next to the fountain

  • Time: 8:00am and 9:00am

  • Tickets: £5 per person
