Duties and responsibilities: Ensure all company policies & procedures and all legal requirements, including Health and Safety issues, are adhered to. Keyholder responsibilities including following correct Opening and Closing procedures; and being able to attend the property in under 30 minutes. Cash handing responsibilities including ringing through sales (cash, credit/debit cards and cheques), dealing with deposits, being able to make change and do payouts as required. Ensure the very best standards of cleanliness throughout the unit. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures including organising staff breaks in like with the needs of the business and delegating tasks to other staff members. Able to handle all customer enquires including bookings. Responsible for providing excellent customer service, and making sure other members of staff present the same positive and helpful image. Dealing with customer complaints. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Communicate with other supervisors and managers. Other duties as assigned. To be a good customer service supervisor, you must have: The ability to motivate people. Good spoken/written communication skills. A responsible attitude. Good ‘people skills’ for building relationships with colleagues at all levels. The ability to plan and prioritise your own work and other peoples. Calmness under pressure. Decision making ability. Accuracy with record keeping.
