If you are visiting us for the first time, the Accessible bays and the blue badge parking bays can be found outside Accessorize, Wildwood, Fat Face, Moss Bros., Boots, M&S, Next, New Look and House of Fraser.

Our car park has been awarded a safer parking award from Park Mark. To find out more about Park Mark please click here.

New Accessible Parking Bays

Located beside the current blue badge holder parking bays, these new and updated purple bays – marked with a large white A – are intended for use by people who require a little extra space when getting in and out of their vehicles.

The bays are intended to complement the additional blue badge and parent and child provision across the car park. These new parking bays are perfect for people with babies and toddlers too, for people who need that little bit of extra space to get their pushchairs in and out of the car. They are all located near to the retail terraces, making it quick and convenient to get from the car into the shops or out onto the Boardwalk to access the nature trail and outdoor discovery area.

If you are visiting us for the first time, the accessible bays can be found outside Accessorize, Wildwood, Fat Face, Moss Bros., Boots, M&S, Next , New Look and House of Fraser. They can now also be found in the new East Terrace car park outside three stores opening soon; Cotswold Outdoor, Hobbycraft and Decathlon.

If you do have a blue badge, then continue to display it when you use these accessible bays the same way that you would do with a standard disabled parking bay.

We are hopeful that people will use the spaces sensibly, thinking about whether they need to use the new accessible bays before parking in them. We hope that parents and people with small children, as well as carers and people who themselves require additional space, will find them a welcome addition to the centre

Cycle Parking

There is ample cycle parking on site with cycle rack facilities for you to use for free. Cyclists leave their bicycles at their own risk, but you will see the cycle racks on the Boardwalk and on the shopping terraces. They are marked clearly on the shopping centre way finding maps too.
