Rushden Bootcamp with Aaron Thompson, will kick off on Saturday 2nd June on the Boardwalk.

Exercises involved will be a mix of cardio (walking, jogging and running) and body weight strength exercises (lunges, squats, push ups and core exercises). Some exercises will involve paired up exercises too.
